The purpose of this form is to gauge interest in learning more about collective landowner affordable legal representation where fees and expenses are shared? This group will be comprised of South Dakota landowners being affected by the Summit carbon pipeline. The law firm under consideration is Domina Law, out of Omaha Nebraska. This is merely an interest form to be used for the purpose of planning informational events. It is not a contract, nor binding in any legal fashion.
